GDIF SCHEME

This Scheme entitles EVERYBODY to a £1250.00 NON REPAYABLE grant. Plus if you have owned your home for less than 12 months, you are entitled to a bonus £500.00, again NON REPAYABLE. You can use this to get a boiler supplied and fitted with a 5 year warranty for only £499.00 when teamed together with another selected measure.

INSULATION

The scheme also entitles homeowners and landlords to have their homes insulated, effectively free of charge. This is especially important for landlords as by 2018 it will be illegal to let a property with an EPC of E or below, so taking advantage of the current funding is highly advantageous.
